Vacuum Furnaces

The serially produced Thermionic T2 vacuum furnace is perfect for solving a large number of tasks requiring heat treatment in a vacuum. The main advantages are the convenience of loading / unloading products, automatic locking of the chamber and ease of use.

Options:

◆ increase in the size of the working area and the maximum operating temperature of the furnace;

◆ additional foreline pump for pumping out the diffusion pump;

◆ furnishing the furnace with additional (including automatically retractable) thermocouples and a pyrometer;

◆ Furnace equipment with turbomolecular and scroll pumps with the required characteristics;

◆ system for supplying technical gas to the vacuum chamber (one or more) at an excess pressure not exceeding

0.02 MPa;

◆ operation at partial pressure – controlled inlet of technical gas;

◆ system for accelerated cooling of the charge (or quenching of small parts) by blowing with argon / nitrogen based on an additional circuit, which includes a fan and a heat exchanger;

◆ furnace water cooling system

Control system

Control systems based on the Siemens-S7 industrial controller: automatic

and manual. Control language – Russian

The control system ensures the implementation of the following parameters in each

segment of the program:

◆ vacuum (heating occurs taking into account the achievement of the required

vacuum level, which is used in heat treatment of materials with high

gassing);

◆ temperature and rate of heating / cooling;

◆ time;

◆ technical gases filling.

To avoid emergency situations, the control system is equipped with a lock and

backup thermocouple for overheating of the coolant.

PC functions

◆ Visualization of the process (including graphs of temperature / vacuum versus time)◆ control of furnace elements (pumps, valves, etc.);

◆ editing programs,

◆ the ability to print the furnace protocol (MS Excel format).

Benefits

◆ Convenient loading / unloading of medium and large

products, long parts processed in

horizontal position);

◆ maximum cage weight up to 100 kg (depending on

the size of the thermal zone);

◆ full automation of the technological process;

◆ monoblock version;

◆ simplicity of setup, management and maintenance.

Vacuum chamber

Made of stainless steel 12X18H10T and

consists of a cylindrical part with a cooling jacket,

as well as cooled elliptical end caps.

The current leads supplying the heaters, as well as the electric circuit line from the current leads to the transformer, are water-cooled.

Thermionic T2 horizontal vacuum furnace

Vacuum system

Includes as standard:

◆ diffusion pump;

◆ two-stage rotary vane foreline pump;

◆ wide-range vacuum gauge;

◆ vacuum seal;

◆ valves and fittings.

Thermal zone

Includes side and end face shields with heat shields. There are two versions of the thermal zone – screen thermal insulation and heaters made of refractory metals or graphite.

Temperature measurement up to 2000 ° С – thermoelements

type A (tungsten-rhenium thermocouple), over 2000 ° C –
