1GPKS roadheader is designed for mechanization of rebounding and loading of rock mass during horizontal and inclined mine workings in coal, coal with the intersection of the rock with the limit of strength at uniaxial compression up to 70 MPa and the parameter of abrasiveness up to 15 mg according to L.I. Baron and A.V. Kuznetsov in the faces dangerous for gas and dust.


The harvester can pass rectangular, trapezoidal or arched shapes with dimensions from 2.1 m to 4.05 m in height and from 2.6 m to 4.7 m in width of the lower base.


Application on the executive body of the system of water supply to the zone of destruction combined with external irrigation significantly reduces dust levels and provides protection against frictional sparks, which improves working conditions and increases safety at the operator’s workplace.


The undercarriage of the combine has a separate hydraulic drive of caterpillars, which provides the combine with high maneuverability, ease of operation and the ability to work in watered fields.


The improved loading body of the 1GPKS combine has the ability to load the repulsed rock mass both with paws and flat disks having the form of a three-ray star. The use of discs in certain conditions significantly improves the performance of the combine.


The shearer’s lifting and swinging conveyor ensures efficient loading of the repulsed rock mass to any slaughterhouse transport.


The use of the modernized bridge-type belt loader with the combine harvester makes it possible to pass up to 20 m of the output without additional extension of the downhole conveyors and does not reduce the harvester’s maneuverability.


The fastener has a locking device and makes the work of erecting a fastener convenient and safe.


The combine is dismantled into compact, small parts that are easy to transport through the mine workings.
