The industrial enterprise will develop and manufacture a test stand for gas turbine engines with capacity of 6.3 MW and 8.6 MW.
We will develop design documentation, manufacture and carry out installation of the test site on a “turnkey” basis.
We will develop and build a pool for coolant.
We will calculate and build a cooling tower necessary to ensure the test system’s operability.
The proposed test system will be able to test gas turbine engines with different power (from 6 MW to 8.7 MW).
The test system is included:
1) Dynamometers – (2 pieces) 6400 hp. (4774 kW) model ХХХХХ (it is an object for negotiations)
2) (1 piece) individual base (metal platform – bed).
3) (1 item) PowerNet-WorkStation control / daq dual control system. Control module.
4) (2 pieces) control pump and VFD system for load control.
5) (1 piece) transition flange DIN-435.
6) (1 piece) PTO shaft DIN-435 for connection to a gearbox.
7) (1 pcs.) Gearbox.
8) 4 days of training.
9) (1 item) pool.
10) (1 piece) cooling tower.
We order all necessary components, we will control the process of purchasing the material and delivery, we will pass customs procedures, we will deliver and control the logistics, we will install on site, we will teach the working operators of the installation for testing, we will launch the test bench, we will adjust the test bench and the hydraulic dynamometer, we will test the whole system.
We develop a gearbox for the test bench and place an order at one of the leading European gearbox plants.
We will provide support of the order for the manufacture of the gearbox and ensure and monitor compliance with the terms of manufacture and quality.
