Machine loading mine PNB3D2M

Sale of mining equipment

The machine loading mine PNB3D2M of continuous action, with a working body, such as “pairs of paws raking up”, are used for loading of the blown up mountain mass in horizontal and inclined (with an angle of slope up to 10 degrees) mine workings out in vehicles with the height of body sides up to 2000 mm at underground mining and construction of underground structures.

Each of the machines consists of a caterpillar running gear, on which a loading and transport body is mounted, consisting of paired raking legs and a chain bending in the horizontal plane of the conveyor.

The working body and the conveyor can be hydraulically oriented in height.

Drives of working body, running gear, scraper conveyor and hydraulic part are electromechanical.

The machines are characterized by high reliability and durability when loading strong rocks with a strength factor of 16 and above, on the Protodiakonov scale.

The outer, inner and lateral surfaces have replaceable hardened steel linings.

Knots in contact with the rock mass are made of hard alloy.

Machines can load the rock mass in wagons, dump trucks and on conveyors.

If by the size of mine workings the machine can not be delivered to the place of work in assembled form, it can be disassembled into transportable assembly units.
